Do I need a tech person?
No. We set everything up: your portal, Paystack, the Telegram bot, your plans and your branding. You get a short training call, and then you just post signals and watch payments come in.
Whose Paystack account does the money go to?
Yours. The platform connects to your own Paystack account, so every payment settles directly to your bank. We never hold your money.
How long does setup take?
Usually 7–14 days after we receive your logo, plans and Paystack details.
Can I bring my existing members?
Yes. On Done-for-you we move them for you and give them a smooth way to start paying through the platform. On other plans, we show you how.
Can I still use WhatsApp?
Of course, for conversations. What changes is that payments, access and signals no longer depend on a number that can be restricted.
Who owns the members and the data?
